I’ve been a fan of this site for ages, so I thought it was about time I shared it with you all
The Internet Archive is site, which allows you to browse through 85 billion web pages archived from way back in 96 to only few months ago. It’s fiendishly addictive and will provide you with some serious laughs. I like looking back into past eras, it gives you a sense of depth and evolution, not to mention it conjours up some hilarious imagery. (Bill Cosby I’m looking at you in your fetching cardigan.)
You can see the very first inception of Google, or chuckle at Yahoo! and its humbling beginings. A personal favorite of mine, is looking at all the various updates and changes made to the official and “ultimate” David Hasselhoff website.
It’s fascinating looking at all these different sites and how they’ve evolved, much like computer games have today.
I mean jesus, I remember when I honestly thought Pong was the coolest thing ever. I shudder to think how many hours I spent playing this game, utterly enthralled at how amazing it was, that at 10 years of age, I was making things move on a screen for no apparent reason, purpose or end. This is what it looked like – so funny.

And tonight, I just finished playing the new Xbox360 game Lord Of The Rings Conquest with my friend Jesse, which looks like this.
What leaps we’ve made in ensuring our children remain glued to the screen at all hours of the night

I warn you, you’ll be hooked for ages!
